Life is ever changing and evolving consciousness

If you have read anything I have written here or in my books, you will remember that I keep saying that we are souls having a human experience, and ever growing and expanding.  I didn't coin that phrase, "we are souls having a human experience," but I feel and know it is true and so I keep talking about it. Evidence of this statement has been provided in mine and many others' sessions and life experiences. If I've learned anything really important from practicing Quantum Healing, it is this: everything changes, nothing is static in this life, and that is by our soul's design in tandem with our universe's design, and what we are trying to accomplish as aspects of God/Source. We grow and evolve. But we're here, on Earth, to have experiences!  Why not experience as much joy as possible?

I still practice quantum healing hypnosis on a personal level for friends and family as requested.  But not as a listed practitioner anymore. I'm still available to anyone who wants to talk about the content in my books, spirituality, or about quantum healing hypnosis in-general at the email listed here and within my books. I love quantum healing/exploring, and I found something I love more.  My art.  Or more specifically, painting. At least I love art more in this moment and the moments of the last year.

 I was an amateur painter about 20 years ago.  I stopped because I was busy with family and work life.  I got tired of pulling out all my painting supplies to have to put them back in a couple of hours.  I wish now I hadn't done that, but I know more now than I knew then.  I'm still an amateur painter, and I'm getting better.  See the gallery tab on this site if you'd like to see some of my work.  I do it for fun and joy, not for money.  I have no attachment to any outcome when I paint.

The point here is that I'm still flowing every day with my highest intentions and joy.  I make the time to do what I love, and that includes more than painting.  It raises my personal physical, mental and emotional vibration as well as augments my experiences of the soul (increasing consciousness).  I hope you are doing the same!  Needs must and all that (I'm channeling some British guy who is reminding me that most people still need to work a job to survive), yes.  Do that.  And also do other things in your spare-time.  We can actually expand the experience of what we call "time" when we do the things we love.  Time feels like it stops while I'm painting.  I look up at my phone and realize 5 hours have passed when it feels like minutes.  Do you have something in your life where when you engage, it happens to you too?  I hope so.  

I'm going to leave this blog post here with one final recommendation.  If you can, listen to some free YouTube videos by Darryl Anka (channels Bashar) about "the formula".  Follow the formula as Bashar describes, and you will have something or things in your life that stop time for you.  And here's a cool thing about that...Bashar says we age slower when we alter time that way, doing what we love.  Win-win!  Sending much love to All.  Oh, and I am signing my paintings with Suzy now.  I'm feeling a lot like a "Suzy" these days (see the About Me tab).
