ABOUT UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS

This post is about a parable as taught and shared by Arn Allingham (aka "Zingdad" at Zingdad.com).  In his book The Ascension Papers, Book 1 (free PDF on the website listed above), Arn is talking to one of his other selves named Joy Divine who resides in a higher frequency dimension.  They are talking about human ascension on Earth, in my opinion.  STO means in Arn's parable means "Service to Other," and STS means "Service to Self." STO and STS are ways of describing the motivations of people.  Are you oriented toward serving others, or are you oriented towards serving yourself, or both. 
The "Darklands" and Darklanders" in Arn's parable are Earth in 3D and humans that are asleep.  They are unaware that they are part of Source.  They are unaware that, in fact, they are All powerful beings.  The "Brightlands" and "Brightlanders" are people of 5D Earth already, or those moving toward 5D Earth consciousness, who are understanding, or beginning to understand, Unity Consciousness. 

Here is the passage from Arn's parable (Chapter 6: Implications of the Oneness, page 112 in the paperback book version):

"The third type of Brightlander is what I'm going to call the Unifiers.  They are the ones who know that all is ONE.  They know that they are, each of them, STO and STS and Undecided.  All of that, none of that, and at the same time so much more than that.  They know that when they look at another being there can be no judgement because they see that being as another self.  They know, therefore, that all is perfect.  They have really and truly seen the light.  Not the first bit of light seen by the others in the Brightlands, no, the depths of light that shines from the heart of every being, which is that being's connection to Prime Source.  When such a being looks at you they do not see your temporary situation;  your foibles, your self-limiting illusions, your fears... no, they look into your heart and they see God there!  As they do when they look at themselves, of course.  God is everywhere when you look with the eyes of a Unifier.  And they can also, of course, see that they have been, in this game, the Undecided, they have been STO and they have been STS.  They will therefore not stand in judgement of any of these.  And it is with these, the Unifiers, that we start the next level of the story of the Darklanders..."

This story of Darklanders and Brightlanders is invaluable to understanding Unity Consciousness because it helps us to see that no matter how many lifetimes we have acted within the light, we have also acted within the darkness, and shades of gray in-between.  For a while, most everyone on Earth was in darkness.  The consciousness of humans, for whatever reason, was clouded and shrouded away from the truth that we are All One (the veil), having an experience of Separation (illusion), that we are not All part of Prime Source (God).  We choose to explore separation.  As souls, we wanted to experience it in all the various permutations.  And so we have been the reflection of dark and light, the embodiment of those, for a very long time, here on Earth or within other existences of the Universe; and now it is time to come home and embody the truth of who we are, God Source energy.  We are All brothers and sisters that way.  All One.  We call this Unity Consciousness, and this is where we say we are going in our ascension.

How do we get there?  I contend that if we use Arn Allingham's example here, we grow in leaps and bounds toward Unity Consciousness. If we can try to, in every moment, see the light in each person we encounter, or at least remember that we all have God spark within us, no matter what the outward behavior and appearance, then we are well on our way in that direction.  We can never fully know why a soul chooses to express darkness in a particular incarnation.  But do realize and embrace the notion that each and every single soul is capable of choosing the dark as well as the light, and in fact have been both at one time or another.  And, just because someone appears to be "dark" in this lifetime doesn't mean that they have never had lifetimes where they brought a tremendous amount of "light" to another reality! It may have been on Earth, or they may have come down in dimension to lower density/dimensional Earth to experience what being "dark" feels like.  This gives the soul the opportunity to explore separation (not remembering that we are All God Source energies).  And in return for experiencing the darkness, the soul benefits other souls who also wish to explore what that feels like, and then choose the light for themselves.  That is truly a big gift to the other souls because it helps them to make those kinds of decisions!  Also, souls that experience "dark" elements of themselves can always make another choice while still incarnated.  It has been called redemption.  Are we all not worthy of the chance at redemption?  Some will say that once a soul has gone "too far dark," that they can never be redeemed.  I will say that in my opinion, God would never agree with that statement.  In God's eyes, there is no right and wrong, good nor bad.  It All just is, and every experience helps God because the record of the experience is available to All.  Akashic records we call it.
I personally have recalled, through hypnosis, several lifetimes at least where I have been a soldier in wars.  I did things that we would judge as "heinous" in current times.  In those lifetimes, the things I did were what I believed I needed to do to be loyal to my king and country, and to fight off the enemy (perceived threats).  In those days, I would have been considered brave and loyal and given commendation for my actions.  Do you understand?  These are all experiences for the soul to decide the way we wish to be!  As creator beings, we get to choose whatever we want in order to have these explorations. 

In this lifetime (my current incarnation), I have decided to ascend to 5D and higher realities before leaving the Earth plane.  I promise you, I did not START there.   I was fully asleep and unknowing that I am an aspect of God, and only just started waking up in my 20's.  I sustained and created hurts to myself and other people.  I bled, emotionally.  I wanted to go home more times than I can count!  I knew internally that there is something outside of this reality that is not painful.  Heaven, I called it.  I wanted to go back there.  But you know...the more I started recognizing my own light and seeing it in others, the more I wanted to stay.  And now I can say that although I still have my human emotions about witnessing and experiencing the "darkness," I know we as a human collective are moving faster towards the light.  I know that each and every being, no matter how apparently dark, is capable and has been also the light.  We will embody Unity Consciousness.  And it starts by seeing God/Source/Prime Creator/Allah spark in every single other one of us.  Let us All start to be the Unifiers.  Love and light to you!  Sue
